Michal has extensive experience in IT and public procurement. He has worked as a senior lawyer at the Institute of Computer Science, Public Procurement Manager at Masaryk University, Director of Public Procurement at Mendel University and in-house lawyer at RegioJet. He has experience and knowledge of IT, law and public procurement from the position of both contracting authority and contractor.
